Story Telling at Beaufort Hill

Coming to the conclusion of a 6 month long project provided by The Arts Council of Wales in which we worked with Key stage 2 pupils at Beaufort Hill Primary school in Ebbw Vale, Wales. Working with the children we conducted games, story telling and drama based challenges, encouraging imagination and cohesion between the students.

We used Interactive activities which reflected on 5 creative habits of mind: inquisitive, collaborative, disciplined, persistent, and imaginative. Holding planned sessions and self reflections throughout the project led to achieve great results, the more reserved children actively participating throughout the project and getting their ideas across and the classes co-operating appropriately and really enjoying the sessions. A truly wonderful experience for us here at Magmatic Stories!
